Vehicle Overview

RUGGED, WELL-EQUIPPED, TRD-READY, ONE-OWNER, NONSMOKER, GO-ANYWHERE CONFIDENCE!

Celestial Silver Metallic paint, blacked-out TRD wheels and a trail-ready suspension give this 2022 Toyota Tundra Limited the look of a truck that is equal parts boardroom and backcountry, and the odometer is hovering around the 47,900-mile mark. Inside, it adds heated and ventilated front seats, a huge 14-inch touchscreen and a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, so the long drive to the trailhead is as comfortable as the trail itself.

A twin-turbocharged V6 and four-wheel drive supply the muscle, backed by a locking rear differential and Toyota's TRD Off-Road hardware, while the Double Cab layout and full 6.5-foot bed keep everyday life easy. CARFAX shows a single owner and an easygoing pace of roughly 11,700 miles per year, and there is Toyota factory powertrain coverage still ahead of the next owner.

WHY SHOPPERS BUY THIS MODEL

The Tundra is the full-size pickup for buyers who value Toyota's reputation for durability and strong resale. The 2022 model year introduced a ground-up redesign, the first in well over a decade, with a stiffer boxed frame, a lighter composite bed, a more comfortable coil-spring rear suspension and a modern, technology-rich cabin. Cross-shopped against the Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Ram 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500, it stands out for its confident twin-turbo power and the sense that it is built to be driven hard and kept for years.

Just as important is how it lives day to day. The Tundra pairs real towing and hauling ability with a calm highway ride, a roomy cab and the kind of dependable ownership story that has made Toyota trucks a favorite among contractors, outdoor enthusiasts and families alike.

AUTOMOTIVE PRESS AND INDUSTRY RECOGNITION

Kelley Blue Book gives the 2022 Tundra an expert rating of 4.1 out of 5, praising its smooth, responsive twin-turbo V6 with no noticeable turbo lag, a more compliant ride from the switch to rear coil springs, a fully boxed ladder frame, a light and durable composite bed, a more premium-looking dashboard and the real trail capability the TRD Off-Road package adds.

WARRANTY

The odometer currently reads 47,869 miles. This Tundra is STILL COVERED by transferable Toyota factory warranty protection, measured from its September 2022 in-service date.

Remaining Transferable Factory Coverage

  • Powertrain Limited Warranty: 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, running through September 2027 with approximately 12,131 miles remaining, so any concerns can be addressed by a dealer while coverage is still in place. This covers the major internal parts of the engine, transmission and drive system.
  • Seat belt and airbag (SRS) coverage: 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, running through September 2027 with approximately 12,131 miles remaining, so any concerns can be addressed by a dealer while coverage is still in place.
  • Corrosion perforation coverage: 5 years with no mileage limit, running through September 2027, covering rust-through of body sheet metal.

At roughly 11,700 miles per year since new, this Tundra has been driven well below the 15,000-mile industry average, and CARFAX shows regular dealership maintenance, including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, 10,000-mile and 15,000-mile services and tire replacements.

Toyota's resale paperwork for this truck also states that it is warranted for the greater of the remaining original New Vehicle Limited Warranty or 12 months/12,500 miles from the date of purchase. Buyers are welcome to confirm current coverage with an authorized Toyota dealership using the VIN.

Extended service plans are available for owners who want protection beyond these factory terms.

STANDARD FEATURES

The Limited is the Tundra's comfort-and-technology step-up, wrapping the cabin in SofTex-trimmed seats that are heated and ventilated up front, with eight-way power adjustment and driver seat memory. A leather-trimmed steering wheel and shift knob, dual-zone automatic climate control and an auto-dimming rearview mirror with HomeLink make daily driving feel more upscale than a work-truck cab.

Technology and convenience keep pace, with a 14-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, heated power mirrors with built-in turn signals and blind-spot indicators, LED headlights and fog lights, a Class IV hitch receiver with a 7-pin and 4-pin connector, a deck rail system with tie-down cleats and Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 with blind spot monitoring and front and rear parking assist with automatic braking.

Please note that around October 2025, Toyota reacquired this Tundra from its first owner after nine concerns were reported: a check engine light, rough engine running, wind noise from the body and doors, a tonneau cover (bed cover) that might come loose while driving, plastic fuel delivery tube concerns, heated and cooled seat concerns, an electronic parking brake ECU (control computer) concern, door weatherstrip (rubber door seal) concerns, and the truck possibly moving while shifted into neutral. Toyota's records show that the truck was inspected in September 2026 and found to meet factory specifications for every one of these concerns, and around the time of the reacquisition, service records also show the engine and a fuel line were replaced at a Toyota dealership. Manufacturer documentation is available and will be reviewed with the purchaser. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE AS THE FACTORY WARRANTY IS STILL INTACT!
